When you apply through our dealer application, we collect your first and last name, job title, work email, phone number, dealership name, dealership website, dealership city and state, monthly advertising budget range, and (optionally) inventory size. We also record the date of your submission and, if present, the advertising campaign that brought you to our site. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to measure site visits.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review your application, contact you about DealGuardian and the dealer pilot, and understand which channels bring dealers to us. We contact you only through the details you provide and only with your consent.

How it's stored and shared

Your application is stored securely in our database. It is also shared with our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, GoHighLevel, which we use to manage follow-up with applicants. Our service providers process data only on our behalf.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Removal requests
